Terms, Policies, and Permissions

I hereby grant permission for Greenville Explorers to photograph my child for use in marketing purposes (social media, print, online, etc.)

I give permission for my child to participate in Greenville Explorers programming, including excursions that may involve transportation to and from the excursion site. By registering my child for a Greenville Explorers Program, I fully understand and acknowledge that classes, excursions, field trips, outdoor activities, and/or events have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and that my child’s participation in such programs may result in physical injury, illness or other damage. I expressly and voluntarily assume any and all responsibility for risks
associated with participation in Greenville Explorers Programs. I understand that there are risks inherent in the participation in programs,
including but not limited to slips, falls, cuts, choking, food allergy reactions and other accidents and injuries that may arise from the registered programs. Please also sign and upload the Transportation & Liability Waiver Form linked here and below.

I hereby release Greenville Explorers and each of its present and former owners, principals, volunteers, and agents as well as any or all other persons or entities that may have any liability whatsoever from any and all liability for damage, losses, or personal injury to any children I have registered for participation in any Greenville Explorers programs.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • If you cancel any enrollment 60 days or more before the first date of child participation, we will issue a 100% credit equal to the amount of money paid. This tuition credit can be applied to any Explorers service for one calendar year and is transferable to another family. 

  • If you cancel any enrollment 15-59 days before the first date of child participation, we will issue a 50% tuition credit equal to the amount paid. This tuition credit can be applied to any Explorers service for one calendar year and is transferable to another family.

  • If you cancel any service 14 days or less before the date of service, we will not issue any tuition credit for any money paid.

  • You may choose to transfer your exact enrollment to another family given the following criteria is met: the new registrant is in the same age group as current enrollee and their family is able to provide enrollment paperwork prior to their child's first date of attendance.

  • Canceling a service for any reason does not constitute a tuition refund or cancellation of a payment plan.

  • Due to the nature and structure of our programs, we do not offer any make up days

 

Program Cancellation

  • Explorers  reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment. In the case of cancellation you shall receive an alternative enrollment option or a full refund equal to the amount paid

 

Late Payment Policy

  • Some of our programs offer payment plan options. There is a $30 fee for declined installment payments. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file with Explorers. If your tuition fees become over two months behind, our program services will be immediately terminated.

 

Privacy Policy

  • All information received by World Explorers Group shall be used for purposes directly relating to your child's enrollment in our programs.  No information shall be shared with third parties.
