Service Description
Calling all aspiring mad scientists, experimental chefs, and potion masters! Put on your goggles and gloves, prepare your tools and ingredients, and gather around the laboratory table - it’s time to get concocting.. We will make potions, conduct experiments, and make a super-fun (and sometimes edible!) mess during this week of camp where we are going to explore the wide, wild world of chemistry utilizing our imaginations and ingredients found in our kitchen pantry! Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refund If you cancel any enrollment 30 days or more before the first date of child participation, we will issue a 100% credit equal to the amount of money paid. This tuition credit can be applied to any World Explorers service, does not expire, and can be transferred to siblings, another family, or to our scholarship fund upon request. If you cancel your program enrollment with less than 30 days notice due to a family move or emergency, please contact us so that we can work out a solution for your family. Canceling a service for any reason does not constitute a tuition refund or cancellation of a payment plan. Due to the nature and structure of our programs, we do not offer any make up days. Program Cancellation World Explorers reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment. In the case of cancellation you shall receive an alternative enrollment option or a full refund equal to the amount paid Late Payment Policy Some of our programs offer payment plan options. There is a $30 fee for declined installment payments. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file with Explorers. If your tuition fees become over two months behind, our program services will be immediately terminated. Privacy Policy All information received by World Explorers Group shall be used for purposes directly relating to your child's enrollment in our programs. No information shall be shared with third parties.
